"July 1st, East Village"

"July 1st, East Village" is my very first collection, and the 10 pieces below were all made during my residency at Bushwick Gallery in July 2025. This body of work is my love/hate/admiration/frustration/desire letter to New York. The streets are my main source of inspiration, and the walls and sidewalks in nyc are such a unique and perfect blend of stickers, graffiti, posters, and scribbles. This collection can be considered a diary, like a story engraved in walls about personal and collective experience in the city. This residency helped me reach a momentum I’ve never experienced before, in the city of my dreams, doing what I was born to do: create.
